90-Day Limited Warranty

Commercial X22i Treadmill (NTL29222.2)

This 90-Day Limited Warranty is between us, Sharetown, Inc., and you, the purchaser of the product identified above.

Sharetown warrants that this product is free from defects in workmanship and material.  For 90 days beginning on the date you purchase the product from Sharetown, Sharetown agrees to repair or replace defective parts of the product, subject to the terms and conditions below.

1. This warranty is not transferable. It extends only to you, the purchaser of the product from Sharetown.  If you sell or transfer the product, this warranty will terminate.

2. Sharetown’s obligation is limited to repairing or replacing, at its discretion, the defective parts of the product through one of Sharetown’s authorized service providers. All repairs for which warranty claims are made must be pre-authorized by Sharetown.

3. You are responsible for shipping and handling charges for replacement parts.

4. This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

1. 1. Products which are used as store display models;
   2. Products which are transported outside the United States;
   3. Products which are not used and maintained in accordance with the product’s instruction manual;
   4. Products which are misused or abused;
   5. Products which are used for commercial or rental purposes; and
   6. Products which are damaged for any reason other than a defect in workmanship or material.

5. Sharetown is not responsible or liable for the following damages: (a) indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product; (b) damages with respect to any economic loss, loss of property, loss of revenues or profits, loss of enjoyment or use, or costs of removal or installation; or (c) other consequential damages of any kind. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

6. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you.

7. Warranty Registration. You may register this Limited Warranty by going to https://sharetown.com/x22i-90dw and inputting the requested information within ten (10) days after you purchase the product.  You are not required to register for this Limited Warranty in order to obtain warranty coverage, but registration will satisfy the proof of purchase requirement in the claim procedure below.

8. Warranty Claims Procedure.

a. For warranty service, please contact Sharetown by phone at 1-800-790-3961 or email at warranty@sharetown.com within thirty (30) days after you discover that the product is not working properly. Sharetown may deny coverage for claims which are not timely reported.

b. You may be required to provide proof of purchase of the product in order to obtain warranty service.

c. Sharetown will determine whether your claim is covered and what the appropriate remedy is. In some instances, if the product contains electronic components, the product may not be working properly due to a software issue which may be remedied remotely with the assistance of a service provider.  In those instances, Sharetown may ask that you follow its instructions to attempt to resolve the software issue before it authorizes any warranty work.

d. If Sharetown determines that repair or replacement is necessary, it will designate one of its authorized service providers to perform the work. Sharetown may deny coverage for unauthorized warranty work.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
