Sharetown is a technology-based reverse logistics company making local on-demand big and bulky item returns for retail and ecommerce companies…easy.

We work with ecommerce, retail, and/or manufacturing companies that need help with their large, big and bulky item customer returns.

On-demand community-based large, big and bulky item pickups and returns.  We can also provide liquidation services and options for your returns.

Large, bulky, heavy and/or hard to return items..aka items that you can’t just put back in the box and drop off at the post office.  Examples include: bed-In-a-box mattresses, furniture, exercise equipment, appliances, etc.

We are nationwide in the United States.

Sharetown Reps FAQ

You will be responsible for purchasing your own supplies. These include plastic sheeting, mattress bags, packing tape, rope and tie downs. Recommended is a dolly.

Any vehicle that can fit a mattress without causing damage will do. However, a truck or large SUV (with seats folded down) is recommended.

No. You are a contractor.

Those who do this for a minimum of 6 months tend to be the most successful. We find that most who sign up end up staying for much longer and never want to leave.

No set hours. We are flexible with schedules. The important thing is that you are available and arrange to pick-up all mattress requests.

Mattress Returns FAQ

We accept like new mattresses that are within their trial period. We also accept selected bed frames, appliances, exercise equipment, large electronics, and athletic equipment.

We accept items that are in “like new condition”.

We redistribute them back into the local community. We partner with local Charities to help support their needs.

Yes, we have a receipt that we will leave with you at the time of pick up. You will be responsible to submit the receipt to the company you are requesting a refund from.

No. Sharetown is a for profit organization who partners with local Charities.
